Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging 2B Marketing LLC for digital marketing services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms, together with any Statement of Work (SOW), constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

2. Provision of Services

2B Marketing LLC will provide the services as described in the SOW. This includes defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables. We will perform these services with a professional standard of care.

3. Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay all fees as specified in the SOW. Invoices are typically issued monthly and are due upon receipt. All third-party costs, including advertising media spend, are the sole responsibility of the Client. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services.

4. Confidentiality

Both 2B Marketing LLC and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, financial data, and campaign performance data. This obligation of confidentiality will survive the termination of this agreement.

5. Legal Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

2B Marketing LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific results from our services, as digital marketing performance is subject to external factors beyond our control. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

6. Term and Termination

The agreement term will be defined in the SOW. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the Client is responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
